Learn the fundamentals of the art of belly
dance from multi-award winning instructor Aziza Nawal. Whether you
are a beginner or an advanced dancer, you can learn technique,
choreography, props and more - all while getting a nice workout
and toning your body.

Swords, Zils and Steps

Intermediate to Advanced level class
- Sword and Zils!!
After a warm-up with finger cymbals, learn the techniques and tricks used in sword balancing, plus some new step combinations in this special series. Some swords will be
available for use in class. Please bring a towel or yoga mat.

Learn elements of creating a full Egyptian style opening routine referred to as 'mis-en-scene'
by applying step combinations to specific rhythms. Bring a veil to class.
This special six week session is $72. Current class cards may also be used.
